Customer Onboarding Procedure
The Service Provider offers a booking form to interested Customers. Those choosing a washing plan complete the form, make an advance payment to the Car Washer, and receive an official receipt, with a copy shared with the Owner for record-keeping.
Work Schedule/ Cleaning Plan
AL MASA AL DAHABIYA CARWASH provides 24/7 service for client convenience, with standard hours from 6 PM to 6 AM, Monday to Saturday (excluding Fridays). Hours may be adjusted to meet client demand and contract needs.
Operational Outline
We spray our water-based product, effectively dissolving dirt. Microfiber towels clean and buff for a streak-free shine, ensuring no residue on windows or rubber trim.
